3 North Herts Road Runners raced the Serpentine Last Friday of the Month 5km. Ladies’ captain Tash Pitman was first home with a 19.53 clocking to finish 3rd in her category and 5th lady overall. V55 Chris Priestley enjoyed another consistent performance recording 20.41 for 4th in his category. Despite a strong headwind between 1 and 3 km V45 Karen Dodsworth ran consistent splits to finish with a new age group PB of 22.29 and won her category.
