I ran this today - did not see anyone else from the club.
I came in position 112 and clocked a 1.27.21 - just the small matter of 2 and a half minutes off my PB! And 5 minutes faster than my best time last year! I was absolutely exhausted but chuffed to bits at the time - my chip also fell off during the race - costing me around....21 seconds to re-collect it!
The conditions were dry - slightly windy from side-on but certainly not a barrier to running any PB's. Around 5,000 finished the race I believe.
