Catherine Marsden-Jones of the North Herts Road Runners travelled to the North German city of Hamburg this weekend to race in its annual marathon. She completed the 26.2 mile course around the historic port city in 4:19:23 to finish 252nd in her age category.
In London a trio of Squirrel's competed in the last Friday of the month 5k in Hyde Park. Pete Scrowther was the first club member to finish in 31st place in a time of 19:14. Chris Priestley was 3rd in the men's V55 age category completing the course in 20:30. He was closely followed across the line by Martyn Annetts who was 69th in a time of 20:47.
