Peter Scrowther was on the record breaking trail this week for the North Herts Road Runners. Pete added to his collection of Veteran 45 club records at the Nene Valley Harriers 10mile race on Sunday. He completed the twisty and flat 10 mile course near Peterborough in icy conditions in a time of 1.01.01, a new personal best and the fastest 10 mile time ever recorded by a club member in the V45 category. His overall position amongst a competitve field was 26th. M Whittle of the North Herts Road Runners also took part and finished his first race for the club in an impressive time of 1.26.22.
